Workshop: Managing Stress & Holding Boundaries

Around the holidays, managing our stress and holding healthy boundaries are two of the most vital things to our health. In our last 2nd Saturday workshop of 2019, come gather with like-minded women as we discuss how to stay grounded, maintain our peace, and hold our boundaries, all of which allow us to more fully experience the fun and joy of this season!
